To create a new die, it typically takes 7-10 days. For mass production, the lead time is approximately 20 days after the deposit is received.

🔸 How do you guarantee the quality of your profiles?

We always offer a pre-production sample before starting mass production. Additionally, we perform strict inspections on all products before shipment to ensure high quality.

🔸 What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

For customized colors, the MOQ is 1 Ton per item. For our standard colors, it is 500 kgs per item. If the item is in stock, there is no MOQ.

🔸 How are the mold fees handled?

Existing molds are free of charge. For new molds, the fee is calculated based on the drawing; however, this fee will be refunded once the order reaches a specific volume.

🔸 Can I get samples before placing an order?

Yes, initial samples are provided free of charge. The customer is only responsible for the express shipping fees.

🔸 What surface treatments can you provide?

We offer a wide range of finishes including mill finish, powder coating, anodizing, wooden grain, and more. All colors and surface finishes can be supplied based on your specific requirements.
