6641 F grade DMD polyester film polyester fiber non-woven soft composite material is engineered from high-quality polyester fiber non-woven fabric and polyester film. This three-layer composite material, bonded by F grade resin, boasts a temperature resistance rating of 155°C.

Primary Applications: It is extensively utilized for slot insulation, turn-to-turn insulation, gasket insulation, and transformer insulation in Y2 series motors and other low-voltage electrical machinery. It is also suitable for F-class electrical coil insulation.

Available thickness specifications: 0.15, 0.17, 0.20, 0.25, 0.30, 0.35, 0.38mm.
