Aluminum honeycomb panels are high-quality composite materials used for ship and building decoration. The surface employs fluorocarbon lacquer (PVDF/PE) pre-roll coating which maintains color stability for 15-20 years. Using bi-component modified epoxy adhesive and automated high-temperature manufacturing, these panels offer superior flatness and bending resistance.
A. Ultra-Light Weight & High Rigidity: Honeycomb panels have only 1/5 the weight of solid aluminum panels for the same rigidity. A 15mm thick panel weighs only 6kg per square meter.
B. Insulation Performance: Division into enclosed cells stops air flow, providing 20-30DB sound reduction and excellent heat conduction coefficients (0.104-0.130W/M.k).
C. Flatness & Finish: Continuous roller coating technology ensures a smooth surface with high weather resistance and adhesion.
