Two-Part Sealed Hardener: For new or dense ground, a single group may suffice. However, for old or loose cement ground, a two-part system (alkaline and acidic) is essential to avoid cracks and extend service life up to 20 years.
Timing: Typically applied when ground is polished to 150-300 mesh. If the ground is loose, apply before grinding to raise hardness.
Construction Temperature: Ideal between 0°C and 50°C. The agent must not be frozen to ensure proper penetration.
Cleaning: Use a professional dust pushing or washing machine to clean the ground thoroughly.
Base Surface Treatment: Polish with 50-300 mesh grinding plates. Vacuum all dust to ensure pores can absorb material.
Spraying A (Base Dense): Apply CFS-300 (0.15Kg/sqm). Dilute 1:1 to 1:6 based on ground condition. Allow 3 hours for penetration.
Fine Grinding I: After 12 hours, moisten and grind with 300 mesh piece. Remove dirt and dry for 12 hours.
Spraying B (Hardening Bright): Spray CFS-301 (0.2kg/sqm) on dry ground. Do not add water. Allow 2 hours penetration.
Fine Grinding II: Moisten and use 500-mesh grinder to remove surface dirt. Dry the ground completely.
Polishing: Use 1000-3000 mesh grinding plates for professional polishing.
Mirror Effect: Apply CFS-400 polishing agent (0.05kg/sqm). After 3-6 mins, use 6000 mesh sponge polishing for a mirror finish.
