Note on Thickness: K20 can be applied from 3mm to 8mm in a single pass. For layers 20mm-30mm thick, adding 8kg of quartz sand per bag is required.
Preparation: Remove oil, dust, and loose coatings. Grind uneven surfaces and vacuum thoroughly. Use LG660 primer for absorbent substrates or LG670 for non-absorbent surfaces.
Mixing: Pour 6L of clean water, gradually add 25kg of K20, and mix until lump-free. Apply within 10 minutes using a specialized notched trowel.
Finishing: Use a defoaming roller before the compound sets to eliminate trapped air.
