Polyester spunbond mat is made of 100% polyester fiber and is produced with continuous polyester fiber, an advanced waterproof material with very high tensile strength and better elongation than staple polyester mats. Spunbond polyester mat is widely used in waterproof bitumen membranes, underground projects, bridge surfaces, waterproofing of tanks, and antiseptic material for building bases.
Yarn reinforced polyester mat is a spunbond polyester mat reinforced with fiberglass yarn. Due to the fiberglass yarn, the mat possesses high tensile strength in the warp direction, allowing it to withstand faster speeds during bitumen membrane production. It serves as an advanced substrate for APP or SBS-modified bitumen membranes.
1. Primary substrate for APP or SBS modified bitumen waterproof membranes.
2. Overlay applications over existing asphalt and/or concrete pavement.
3. New construction layers between asphalt segments.

Packing Details:
1. Loading quantity: 40 rolls per 40ft container with pallets.
2. Roll packaging: PE plastic film protection.
3. Pallet management: Pallets should not be stacked in more than 2 layers.
4. Fumigation: Pallets are free of fumigation; certificates are available upon request.
