Frequently Asked Questions
1. Can I order panels to my exact dimensions?
Yes, panels are manufactured and ready to be mounted to the exact dimensions required for your specific application.
2. How do I fix a track to an insulated panel?
We offer two solutions: you can supply drawings showing the insert type and position for us to manufacture, or we can attach the track for you in a recessed or semi-recessed format.
3. How are the panels protected during transport?
Each panel has protective film on both sides. They are packed on pallets, covered with polythene, and placed on wooden supports to facilitate safe unloading via forklift or straps.
4. What is the best way to handle long panels?
We do not advise using forklifts for long panels due to the risk of bowing and gelcoat cracking. We recommend using a suction lift for safer handling.
5. How should the panels be stocked?
Panels should be stored flat on lined-up wooden supports to prevent distortion. They should be protected from the elements; outdoor stocking is not recommended.
6. What kind of warranty is provided?
Our statutory warranty is 12 months, covering manufacturing faults. This can be extended as an option, though it does not cover handling or stocking errors.
